This new update includes the following features and fixes:

Option to configure PayPal 'Pay Now' button to prompt for shipping address on the PayPal payment page (Settings > PayPal Shipping Address).
Show email, billing & shipping address on Detailed Report (Reports > Email Report > Detailed Report).
